This U-R2140-4A 3D mold 4 Axis CNC Router with Auto Tools Changing working size is 2100x4000x850mm,equips with 9.0KW auto tools changing spindle and 10 pieces linear tools changer located at back of the table. The spindle can swing ± 90 degrees. With original Taiwan made guide rails,blocks,ballscrews and Japanese Yaskawa 850W servo and Shimpo reducers, the large 4 axis mold CNC maching center empty speed can reach 40m/min. What is more, it has very high precision, repeate positioning accuracy can reach 0.05mm. 

To ensure such large size machine`s stable performance, the 4 axis mold CNC Router was built by thick and large size steel tubes, and has been heat treatment, so the body will not deform in the future. It has 8 pieces T-style legs,which have stronger loading capacity compare with traditional vertical legs. 

10 pieces linear tools changer located at back of the table. Distance between tools changer and table is more than 350mm, so the spindle is capable of holding long tools. 

30mm HIWIN guide rails and 2M rack and pinion.  2M high precision rack and pinion has faster speed than 1.5M or 1.25M.

Syntec 60W-E four axis controller built in big control cabinet with LED alarm light and wireless handle.
